KTH protein production with QMCF

KTH produced almost 1300 human secreted recombinant proteins using Icosagen’s QMCF platform within the Human Secretome project https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1871678420301321

In a study led by Dr. Hanna Tegel and Prof. Sophia Hober of Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, recently published in New Biotechnology, close to 1300 recombinant human proteins were expressed and purified within the Human Secretome Project (https://www.kth.se/pro/prot-tech/the-protein-factory/human-secretome-project-1.874286). All secreted proteins from CHO cells were produced by using Icosagen’s transient expression system - the QMCF Technology, consisting of pQMCF expression vectors and QMCF CHO cell line.
