Production of monoclonal antibodies both in vivo (in mice and in rabbit) and in vitro (using QMCF Technology) is available. Besides, generation of recombinant antibodies-encoding cDNA-s from antibody-expessing hybridoma culture is introduced. QMCF cloning vectors for inserting antibody variable regions, containing murine or human IgG1 heavy and light chain constant regions-encoding cDNA sequences are constructed and used for high level production of either recombinant murine monoclonal antibodies or partially humanized chimeric monoclonal antibodies-encoding expression plasmid.
