2005 – incorporation of Quattromed Cell Factory OÜ and Quattromed Laborid OÜ
– acquisition of latex allergen testing business (FITkit®) and HIV/SIV antibiodies from FIT Biotech Oy
2006 – Acquisition of HTI Laboriteenused AS and merger with Quattromed Laborid OÜ into the largest privately
held medical diagnostic laboratory in Estonia
2007 – The management system of Quattromed Group complies with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2000
standard
– Received US patent for Protease Pro39
2008 – Successful launch of QMCF technology
– FITkit technology becomes an international standard
– The medical diagnostic branch (Quattromed HTI Laborid OÜ), along with the Quattromed trade mark,
was sold to new owners.
2009 – The new name of the Quattromed Group is the Icosagen Group
2010 – Launch & ISO 17025 accreditation of Food Lab, microbiology testing services for Estonian Food industry
